“How much is postage, How long are delivery times?”

For the UK we offer two posatal rates, £5.99 for a standard 5-7 working day delivery and £8.99 for 48 hour delivery, excluding Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland. (Please read Terms and Conditions for more details).
Delivery within the EU is £6.99 (3 - 7 days). International 28 working days delivery is £25.99.



“Can I get my goods delivered to me at work?”

We have a function on our website that allows you to input a different shipping address.



“What are your leg lengths?”

Tall - The inside leg length is usually 38’’

King Size - We offer a 29’’, 31’’ inside leg lengths on selected bottoms, but generally it is 34’’



“What if I forget my password?”

If you forget your password don’t panic, just call our customer service department on 0845 601 0212. They can email you your password. We recommend you change your password after using this service.



“How can I get hold of your customer service department?”

“If only part of my order is in stock do I have to pay multiple postal charges?”

No. You will one postal charge per order which is the £5.99 for standard delivery.



“Is my card debited for the garments straight away?”

The payment will be debited from your account as soon as the order is placed.



“Is shopping online safe against fraud?”

We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software - the industry standard technology for securing credit card data - which encrypts information transmitted from our website.



“How can I pay?”

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Switch, Switch Maestro and American Express.



“What happens if I am not in to sign for my parcel(s)?”

We use Parcel line. They deliver on week days only, if nobody is home to sign for the parcel they will leave a calling card and make a second attempt the following day.



“I am ordering from outside the UK and the automatic search says my postcode is invalid!”

There is a ‘Don’t know postcode’ option on the bottom left hand side of the screen, you will need to click on it, this will give you a choice of countries to select from, select the correct one and continue shopping.
