What is a High and Mighty Franchise?

A High and Mighty franchise is a corporate High and Mighty store opened in an area where the company would like to trade, based on consumer research. For a reasonable fee, and subject to completion of a contract, the franchisee will be licensed to trade as a High and Mighty, which will be indistinguishable from the group, save for unique differences and the individual flair and mark of the franchisee.

High and Mighty sells the rights to trade as the High and Mighty brand to a franchise operator who opens a store or stores in his or her area. The franchisee owns all the costs and pays the franchiser a % of turnover as a royalty.

The franchisee will receive the same benefits as a manager of a company owned store in terms of stock, training and management expertise.

As far as the customer is concerned the franchised store will be indistinguishable from High and Mighty group, However the store will be individually owned and therefore the profit belongs to the franchisee.
