Model Search 2008 - Terms and Conditions

1. The winner will receive clothing to the value of £500 and may appear in advertising, publicity and direct mailings for High and Mighty

2. The 5 runners up may also appear as models and will receive £50 clothing vouchers

3. Only applicable to genuine customers of High and Mighty, either in any store internationally or online, who are either 6’2’’ or over or 42’’ chest or over. Measurements must be provided when applying

4. Entrants should be willing to appear in brochures, other direct mailings, in store graphics, press releases and advertising

5. If selected, entrants must be prepared for their names and measurements to be displayed on the website and in other media

6. High and Mighty’s decision is final and we reserve the right to not to award the prize if no entrants are deemed suitable

7. High and Mighty staff or their immediate family may not enter.

If you selected our 48 hour option £5.99 will be deducted from your postage charge. All offers are subject to availability and are available online and instore for a period of 24 hours ONLY. Our deliveries are made during business hours only so please make sure somebody will be home to sign for your order or provide us with a work address as your shipping address to avoid any disappointment and missed deliveries during this busy time.

Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US dollars or your own currency.

Shipping and Handling We now offer two types of postage online including 48 hour sign for and our standard 5-7 day delivery for mainland United Kingdom domestic deliveries. Please note we can not offer 48 hour delivery for the Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland.

PLEASE NOTE WE ONLY DELIVER MONDAY - FRIDAY BETWEEN 9am and 5pm, If nobody is at home during that time please use a work address as the ship to address to avoid any delays to your order being delivered.

48 hour delivery requires a signature upon delivery and is fully traceable - £8.99

5 – 7 days delivery also requires a signature upon delivery and is also fully traceable - £5.99

The table below is for our 48 hour delivery days. All orders placed before 12 noon are expected to be delivered 48 hours after order receipt. In the case of orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday the items will be delivered no later than the following Wednesday.

Please allow an additional 48 hours during any bank holiday weekends for delivery. This is due to breaks in the postage system. If you order on a Friday before a bank holiday the expected day of delivery will be Thursday. EU Delivery is 5 – 7 working days - Now only £6.99 previously £15.99. This applies to all orders to be shipped to EU destinations only.

Non EU Delivery please allow up to 28 working days for delivery - £25.99.

All Other International Destinations - please allow up to 28 days for delivery - £25.99

Due to high levels of fraudulent transactions we do not ship to certain international destinations. If you are in doubt please contact info@highandmighty.co.uk or call 0845 601 0212.

Returns Policy If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please return it to us with your receipt, order number and contact details within 28 days. We would strongly advise that when returning goods you use a proof of postage service such as Royal Mail Sign For, as we can not be held responsible for the loss of any returning parcels. You are responsible for postage goods for returned goods.

Refunded amounts will be credited to the card initially used for the original payment. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed.

Any goods returned to us must be in the original packing with all tags, unworn and unwashed in a condition for immediate resale. If any returned items do meet these standards we reserve the right to withhold a refund.

For hygiene reasons we will not exchange underwear

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
