Promotion Codes - If you have received a specific promotional code from us via an email, it couldn't be easier to activate and use.

1. Once you have added all of your items to the basket click "checkout" and follow the on screen steps to either log in to your account or register.
2. Once you have reached the payment options page click "redeem a promotion code" above the payment options on the left hand side of the page and enter the code you have received (please note that the code must be typed exactly as it appears and is case sensitive.)
3. Once you have entered this click submit and the offer will become active and you will be re-directed to the checkout page to confirm your order.
4. Each code will only work on your first purchase for your registered email address.



ALL UK Orders - £4.99 - We now send all of our UK based mail orders via Royal Mail using the 1st Class service, all orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you order after 12pm Friday your order will be processed the following Monday.

Deliveries are made six days a week (Monday - Saturday) and arrive usually with your normal postal delivery. If nobody is present at the time of delivery a card will be placed through the door and a second delivery attempt will be made the following day, if the second attempt is unsuccessful the parcel will be returned to sender and we will contact you regarding a re-delivery, this may incur an additional postage charge to re-send the order.

Your order will usually be delivered with 1-3 days, Scottish Highlands may take longer depending on you postcode. Please allow an additional 48 hours during any bank holiday weekends for delivery. Zone 1 Europe - £12.99 (Republic of Ireland, France, Belgium, Holland, Luxemburg, Germany and The Channel Islands) Average delivery time is 4 days but this can take up to 6 depending on location.

Zone 2 Europe - £14.99 (Austria, Denmark, Switzerland and Liechtenstein) Average delivery time is 5 days but this can take up to 7 depending on location.

Zone 3 Europe - £17.49 (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, Vatican City and Gibraltar) Average delivery time is 5 days but this can take up to 7 depending on location.

Zone 4 Europe - £27.99 (Norway, Sweden, Finland, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Albania, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Greece, Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Romania, Turkey, Croatia, Finland and Bosnia and Herzegovina) Average delivery time is 6 days but this can take up to 9 depending on location.

Rest of the World - £39.99 Average delivery time is 7 days but this can take up to 14 depending on location.

Returns - If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please return it to us with your receipt, order number and contact details within 28 days. We would strongly advise that when returning goods you use a proof of postage service such as Royal Mail Sign For, as we can not be held responsible for the loss of any returning parcels.

You are responsible for the postage costs of any returned items and we strongly recommend that you use a tracked service. All returns must be addressed to the return address included in your parcel or the address at the top of the receipt received. If you have received goods from multiple locations please send all returns to one of the addresses.

Any goods returned to us must be in the original packing with all tags, unworn and unwashed in a condition for immediate resale. If any returned items do meet these standards we reserve the right to withhold a refund. For hygiene reasons we will not exchange underwear.

Please send all returned goods to the address on the bottom right of our returns / exchange form enclosed within your parcel, Please complete the form to ensure your refund / exchange can be processed with no delays. If unsure please contact info@highandmighty.co.uk.

Gift Certificates - Please note that if you purchase a gift certificate online via email it can only be redeemed online. If you wish to purchase a gift card to use in store please use our store finder and call your nearest store.

Credit Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Mailing list - If you subscribe to our mailing list you will receive information on the latest special offers, promotions and the information on our newest products / brands. We DO NOT provide your email address to any third parties. To UN-subscribe either email info@highandmighty.co.uk with unsubscribe as the subject line or edit your customer account details to not receive mailings.

UNSUBSCRIBE - If you receive an email from us and wish to unsubscribe, please use the email address that you have received the mailing from and send us an email with unsubscribe as the subject, if you fail to do this the email address may not be removed from our contact list. You can also unsubscribe by logging into your account and changing your communications settings, please allow 48 hours for these actions to take place.
