  Delivery Service
  The following Terms and Conditions relate only to new customers registering online. If you are an existing customer, please sign in to view the Terms & Conditions that relate to your own account.
   
  Standard delivery
  Provided the items you order from us are in stock at our own warehouse, we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days. Some items may take a little longer, for example heavy furniture, goods requiring personalisation, as well as items marked with an asterisk* in the catalogue or otherwise stated on the website which come directly from the suppliers (please refer to the supplier delivery guide below).

We reserve the right to charge £3.99 to cover the cost of standard delivery on each order you place. Separate orders placed on the same day will be charged standard delivery separately even if received in one parcel. Securely Sign in/Register and go to View bag/Checkout to view the exact delivery charge for your order.
   
  Supplementary Delivery Charges
  It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items that are clearly marked on the page.
   
  Next Day Delivery Option
  We offer a Next Day Delivery service* which costs just £3.00 in addition to your standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.

We are able to offer Next Day Delivery on orders placed up to 8:00 PM in certain areas depending on the items in your bag and your selected delivery location. The cut off time is calculated for you when you enter the checkout. Orders placed before the cut off time will be delivered 1 working day later, orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered 2 working days later.

  While we'll do everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made later than the day calculated in the checkout.
   
  Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered on the Tuesday after. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us for anticipated delivery times.

*This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to availability. We do not offer this service on orders you make by post.
   
  Nominated Delivery Service Option
  You may also be given the option to choose a day for your delivery*, in addition to other delivery options. The nominated day delivery service charge is just £3.99 in addition to your standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.

You may also select a preferred morning (up to 1pm) or afternoon delivery. There is no further charge for this service. We will do our best to deliver to your preferred time of day where possible, although we cannot guarantee this time.

*Nominated delivery services are only available in our courier areas and are subject to availability. This service is not available on orders made by post.
   
  ByBox Delivery Option
  Where applicable you can select to have your items sent to a ByBox secure locker where you can subsequently go, open and pick up. This service is only available for orders made online. Once ready for collection ByBox will notify you via an SMS text message to your mobile phone and an email sent to your entered email address. The notification will contain the secure pin code required to open the ByBox locker. The charge for this service is the same as your usual standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.

Please note that as this is a service provided by an independent third party we can accept no liability for items that are delayed, lost or stolen by using this service.
   
  myHermes Collection Option
  Where available you can select to have your items sent to a myHermes ParcelShop where you can then go and collect your parcel. This service is only available for orders made online. Once you place your order, we will send you a collection PIN for each parcel. Once the parcel is ready for collection, we will subsequently notify you via email. If a mobile telephone number is entered whilst placing your order, we will also send these details to you via a SMS text message. The charge for this service is the same as your usual standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.
   
  IMPORTANT
  Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept any liability for out of pocket expenses, costs, losses or other expenses incurred due to failed or late delivery.
   
  Substitutes
  If you order an item and it isn't in stock, we may send you your second choice item, or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price.
   
  Delivery to a different address
  We are happy to send your first and any of your subsequent orders to a different address but we have the right to refuse delivery to third party addresses. If you want to take advantage of this facility, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. When your parcel arrives, check the contents against the Advice Note. If they are not the same, please use the Contact Us page to notify us by email or call our Customer Service enquiry line on 0345 071 9031. If you wish to place an order you can call 0871 231 2342 (calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).
   
  Received orders
  Any orders that you place will appear on your next statement unless we've advised you otherwise. If you haven't received an item that appears on your statement, please query it with us as soon as possible. We'll assume that all the items have been successfully delivered unless we hear from you within 56 days of the original order date.
   
  In-Home Flat Pack Assembly Service.
 

If you require this nationwide service please telephone the provider, The Flat Pack Construction Company Ltd on 0845 491 6523 for a quotation. Please quote reference 'HSD' and your item catalogue number to identify the item in question. Please do not request an assembly visit until you are in receipt of the goods.


Order and Payment of this service are to be made directly by the provider on the above telephone number and cannot be ordered or paid for on your normal home shopping account. Payment can be made by Debit or Credit Card. In-Home Assembly prices start from £18 inclusive of VAT with a minimum visit cost of £55. A high proportion of the cost is made up of travelling to your location, it is therefore beneficial to have a number of products to assemble, please discuss this with the provider when you call for your quotation.
