  Standard delivery
  Provided the items you order from us are in stock, we aim to deliver them direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days. Some items may take longer - heavy furniture and goods requiring personalisation, for example. We reserve the right to charge £3.99 to cover the cost of standard delivery on each order you place. Separate orders placed on the same day will be charged standard delivery separately even if received in one parcel. Sign in/Register and go to View bag/Checkout to view the exact delivery charge for your order.
   
  Next Day Delivery Option
  We offer a next day delivery service* which costs just £3.00 in addition to your standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order. Orders must be placed before 6:00 PM Monday to Friday or before 12pm noon on Sunday. Orders that are taken after 6:00 PM Monday to Friday or after 12pm noon on Sunday will be delivered 1 working day later. Orders for delivery to Northern Ireland must be placed before 5pm.

  How quickly will my Next Day delivery arrive?
  We've included a table above to let you know the anticipated delivery day. While we'll do everything we can to deliver your goods by the day anticipated, we cannot accept liability for deliveries made later than the day listed above.
   
  Orders placed over a Bank Holiday weekend will generally be delivered on the Tuesday after. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times.
*This service is only available in our courier areas and is subject to availability. We do not offer this service on orders you make by post.
   
  Nominated Delivery Service Option
  You may also be given the option to choose a day for your delivery*, in addition to other delivery options. The nominated day delivery service charge is just £3.99 in addition to your standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.

You may also select a preferred morning (up to 1pm) or afternoon delivery. There is no further charge for this service. We will do our best to deliver to your preferred time of day where possible, although we cannot guarantee this time.

*Next day delivery and nominated delivery services are only available in our courier areas and are subject to availability. These services are not available on orders made by post.
   
  ByBox Delivery Option
  Where applicable you can select to have your items sent to a ByBox secure locker where you can subsequently go, open and pick up. The supplier, ByBox aims to have your items available for pick up, up to 2 working days after ordering. ByBox will then notify you via an SMS text message to your mobile phone and an email sent to your entered email address. The notification will contain the secure pin code required to open the ByBox locker. The charge for this service is the same as your usual standard delivery charge, no matter how many items you order.
   
   
  Delivery charges
  It costs more to deliver some larger or more expensive items, so we make an extra delivery charge on those items that are clearly marked on the page.
   
  Alternatives
  If you order an item and it isn't in stock, we may send you your second choice item, or a carefully selected alternative of equivalent quality and price.
   
  Delivery to a different address
  We normally deliver direct to your door within 3 to 5 working days for items available and in stock. Delivery can be to any address in the UK and Channel Islands. We normally aim to fulfil all contracts within 30 days (unless we agree otherwise with you at or subsequent to accepting your order) however delays beyond our control may occur. We will notify you if this is the case with your order.

The standard delivery charge for each order is £3.99, which will be added to your order overall total at the checkout page. This delivery charge covers the entire order regardless of how many products are comprised in your order. For security reasons your first order must be sent to your registered address. From your second order, however, if you wish your parcel to be sent to a different address, simply click "Add new address" on the checkout page and follow the instructions given. For orders placed over the Christmas and Easter Bank Holidays please call us to confirm anticipated delivery times. When your parcel arrives, you must check the contents against the Advice Note. If there is any discrepancy, please call Customer Services on 0871 231 2342 (Calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras) immediately or use the Contact Us page to notify us by email, giving full details.
   
  Home Approval Exceptions
 

Some items are not sold on home approval, unless returned unopened and in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Please refer to the table below for the nature of exception. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Installed or Connected Any Installed products. This item is non-returnable once installed, connected or used. Your statutory rights are unaffected
Hygiene Personal care products/Pierced jewelrey etc For reasons of hygiene, this item is non-returnable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Protective Cover Bedding and Beds etc This item is non-returnable once the protective cover is removed. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
